WE'VE GOT ANSWERS !

  • We monitor the weather closely and dispatch our tractors when snowfall reaches the agreed amount. We guarantee a minimum of 2 visits every 24 hours during heavy snow to keep your driveway clear and accessible.

  • We use professional-grade tractors equipped with cyclone snow blowers, which means we don’t just push snow — we blow it away, leaving your driveway clean and tidy without damaging your property.

  • No! You don’t need to be home — just make sure your driveway is clear of vehicles and obstacles so our team can do their job safely and efficiently.

  • Our season typically runs from the first major snowfall (usually November) until the last snowfall in early spring. We’ll keep you updated on start and end dates each season.

  • Yes — we’re ready for unexpected heavy snowfalls. Our team monitors conditions 24/7 so we can respond quickly when big storms hit.

  • No. Your contract covers unlimited visits within the terms — and our pass guarantee means your driveway stays clear no matter how much it snows.

  • We currently specialize in driveway snow blowing. For sidewalks and walkways, ask us! In some areas, we may be able to help.

  • Contact us by phone, email, or through our website. We’ll provide a clear quote, explain your service details, and get you booked for the season.

  • We cover all of Kingston — from the Queen’s University area to Westbrook and everywhere in between. Contact us to find out if your address is covered!

  • Our standard sizes are simple:
        •    Single: Fits one car wide.
        •    Double: Fits two cars parked side by side.

If your driveway is larger, an unusual shape, or doesn’t fit these sizes, contact us — we’ll measure it and give you a custom price.

  • We clear snow when it reaches a minimum of 4 cm to ensure your driveway stays safe and accessible.

  • Yes! We provide live GPS tracking so you can see exactly where our tractors are in real time. This way, you’ll know when we’re on the way to your property and how the snow clearing is progressing.

  • We typically clear your driveway before 8 a.m. so you can get out easily. After 8 a.m., we return for the second pass to clear the city plow ridge and any snow where cars were parked during the first pass.

If your vehicle is parked, we’ll leave a notification before the second pass to ensure we can clear the snow properly. Sometimes, we may adjust timing depending on the storm to keep your driveway clear throughout the event.

  • Absolutely! Kingston Snow is fully insured for your peace of mind. Our coverage protects your property and our team while we provide snow removal services.

  • It’s the homeowner’s responsibility to contact the City of Kingston and request to have the water valve lowered and capped — this service is completely free.

These valves can stick up above the surface, and there’s a chance they could be hit by the snow blower. We recommend lowering them before the snow season to prevent any damage.

  • You can choose to pay in full for the season or use our monthly payment plan — whatever works best for you!
